Loved the central location and old-style character. Quiet room with no view, but very peaceful. Friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.

During my recent stay at Riu Plaza, I had an amazing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation from the airport right at the doorstep. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for local dining and drinking spots. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with a spacious bathroom that had both a bath and shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the hotel, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including vegan milk, which was a pleasant surprise. I can confidently say that Riu Plaza will be my preferred choice for accommodation in Dublin from now on.

While there was nothing to not like about my stay at Riu Plaza, it would have been even better if there were better facilities for female hygiene, such as a bin liner in the bathroom bin. Additionally, the shower had low pressure, making it difficult to use, and the room felt a bit cramped with limited sitting and walking space. Furthermore, the lounge could have been better ventilated as it became uncomfortably hot. Lastly, there was an incident of disturbance in the middle of the night with people running and knocking on doors, which was unexpected for a hotel like Riu Plaza.

The hotel was beautiful and gorgeous in general, had welcoming staff in all areas. It was warm, tidy and with big bed & great bathroom. There were coffee and tea in the restaurant. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, in place, in the lovely area. The place was close to Oscar's Restaurant, where you can have dinner.

My purpose for staying at Riu Plaza was leisure and relaxation, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff, particularly the door staff, were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful and varied, catering to both hot and cold preferences. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a great night's sleep. The shower over the bath had great water power, ensuring a refreshing experience. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We loved staying in this hotel because it was located right in the center of everything. We could easily explore the city and visit most attractions this way. The front desk staff were excellent and every other member of staff we came in contact with couldn't do enough for us. The room was very comfortable and had all amenities we needed, including wi-fi. The breakfast was fantastic, and we were impressed with the restaurant's service. The facilities offered here are impressive and were definitely up to our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff was ready for us when we arrived, and they gave us proper Wi-Fi for an interview on request.

The double room is warm with shower gel as well as too honestly shocking value for money. It has excellent and efficient staff members in all areas.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. It is in the very center of town, almost directly opposite the Post Office. Everything we needed was close by and easily accessible. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and had good facilities, including air conditioning and a pull-out sofa bed. The breakfast included in the rate had great options for all diets and even had toiletries in the bathroom.

All was fine.

Our double room was equipped with an iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk.

Food was fab and I stayed in the double room, it was air conditioned. Loved savoury and plentiful breakfast and comfy bed. I did not want to leave and will be back.

The efficient service combined with the fab food. Stunning and handy location, minutes from a national garden. Only 10 minutes walking to the city centre.

I stayed at The Gresham Dublin for a short break and had a great time. The room size was perfect and the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the breakfast, it was simple but delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The main hotel rooms were beautifully decorated and the service in the bar was excellent. Looking forward to coming back soon.

It was centrally located, where O'connell Street Road is easily reachable. Shopping streets and fairgrounds were right next door. Plentiful and savoury breakfast at 6.45, liked it.

Had an amazing xmas stay at this hotel! Loved that they upgraded our room for free, it was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and shopping. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious and well-organized.

The check-in staff member wasn't very welcoming, and our room had a view of a brick wall. Additionally, the chair in the room was heavily stained.
